So how does Impossible Foods take the incredible idea of a plant-based burger to market – and one that doesn’t taste like tofu or typical veggie patties? To showcase the success of Impossible’s remarkable showing at CES 2019, we were dispatched by the Consumer Technology Association to the Impossible HQ in California. Matching executive interviews with material from the company, we developed motion graphic elements as our own “special sauce” on a case study about the merger of consumer technology with consumer demand.
